The experience was nice and I definitely want to stay in that area again. I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were very very helpful and caring. The location couldn't be more excellent and fantastic near to everything. Spent a nice evening at Churrasqueira Icarai, located very close to the venue.

I had a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed staying in this nice and excellent place. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk, and TV inside the room. City view was a pleasant bonus. The hotel's location was very central, near centre of town. I visited Brasao Cervejaria Aliados very close to the venue for a few drinks.

The twin room is air-conditioned and has central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The beds are very comfy and the stuff is very helpful and caring. Would use them next time, because I had a nice stay and didn't want to leave.

Booked a room with in fact space for four. It had perfect and magnificent location a short walk from Avenida dos Aliados. The area had plenty of restaurants and cafés.

Very nice little hotel, in excellent location, 3 minutes walk from San Bento station/ 10 minutes walk from river. Room was clean, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, excellent value for money, we will definitely go back, and recommend to others.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Porto, I was pleasantly surprised by the central location and excellent value for money. The 24/7 reception made check-in and check-out a breeze, and having air conditioning in the room was a bonus. The room itself, although in need of renovation, was practical and met my needs. The large bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch. Additionally, being able to leave my luggage in a deposit after check-out was a convenient feature. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful and tried their best to help me even if they didn't understand English. The person on desk was able to speak English when I arrived but the person at night didn't. Still its good that they all tried their best to help me out.

The bed was not so comfortable and the springs hurt. Sometimes the main door is closed and no one is present to open the main entrance door for long time.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient to access everything in the Centro. Whether by metro or bus, it was just a short distance to all the major attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly, offering excellent service. the breakfast provided was satisfying, ensuring guests started their day on a good note.
